Everyone can benefit from a limited amount of hypertrophy training, just not too much of it if you don't want to look like Arnold! But if you do want to get big, (like Dawesy!), then CC Life can provide you with the right training program.
Toning / Muscle Endurance
We all want to look trim, taught and terrific for that summer bikini or to impress those wearing a bikini, so get yourself a program that will get you ready for summer. The programs will cater for Toning, and of course looking ripped!
You don't just have to pound the pavement to lose weight. Using the gym is another great way to lose weight if you're not to keen on running. Interval and circuit training is a great way to boost the metabolism and give you a tough workout that will have you burning calories for hours after.
Whether you want a swim, run, gym or combination program this is ideal for you. We use our extensive background in all sports to come up with a program ideal for individuals, sporting or corporate teams. You won't miss out on a good workout ever!
A standard program with 3 sessions per week is $50.00, (each program caters for a month), if you wish to continue with regular programs, or would like more sessions in a week please contact us for a monthly workout deal.
